Ahead of our Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Raceday on Thursday 29th January, an inspection has been scheduled for 2:30pm tomorrow (Wednesday).
The Going is currently Heavy, with waterlogged areas, and the track is therefore unraceable at present. We have had 28mm of rainfall overnight (Monday into Tuesday) and a total of 159mm of rainfall in January to date. The current forecast is for dry weather today and tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday), and we are hopeful this will lead to an improvement in conditions.
A further update will be provided following tomorrow’s inspection.
