Carnival Sunday brings the local community together for top-class racing in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The day features six exhilarating races, Shetland pony racing, and a fun-filled mascot race — offering something for everyone. A true celebration of all things Cheltenham, and the perfect way to round off a fantastic weekend of racing.
*Under 18’s race free and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18).

What's on at Carnival Sunday
Our Centaur Family Fun Zone returns with a wide variety of activities for our young racegoers to enjoy, including:
- Stage Shows
- Dinosaur Meet and Greet
- Mini zoo experience
- Fun fair game stalls
- Inflatables
- Facepainting
- Art and crafts
Outside of The Centaur, children can also enjoy:
- Race.Ride.Cheltenham VR equicisers (location tbc)
- Fairground rides (Best Mate enclosure, accessible to all ticket holders)
Please note - The Centaur Family Fun Zone is available to Club/Tatts ticketholders only. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be in possession of a free child's ticket, which can be applied for online.

Experience the excitement of the raceday from the Tattersalls Enclosure. Located in the heart of the racecourse, this vibrant enclosure offers a great view of the thrilling races. (Club customers can access all the Tattersall areas).
Best Mate Enclosure
Best Mate Enclosure offers an atmosphere like no other. Arguably with the best views of the racing directly opposite the main grandstand and adjacent to the finish line. Best Mate is a favourite spot for groups, offering the perfect setting for a day of unforgettable racing action and celebration.
