We offer complimentary admission to one accompanying personal assistant in circumstances where a person with a disability would otherwise be at a substantial disadvantage without the personal assistant.
After you have completed the form below please send us an image of your PIP/Access Card to marketrasenenquiries@thejockeyclub.co.uk to complete your request.
